Today's Findr Outage

Findr is experiencing an usage outage today. I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused. We’re investigating the outage and here’s a quick breakdown of what happened and how we’re solving it:

The issue:

We suddenly received a surge of users in the last 24 hours and everyone was interested in the copilot search functionality which is still in beta. This sudden surge caused our servers to panic because this feature isn’t fully stable and we experienced a memory overload.

How we’re solving it:

We are migrating the copilot feature from its beta version to a full rollout deployed on multiple servers to support increased usage and all new requests.
